1. Washing: Machine wash cold with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle to preserve the fabric’s elasticity.

2. Drying: Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to air dry or hang to dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid wringing or twisting the shirt to prevent damage.

3. Ironing: Do not iron. The high heat can damage the compression fibers.

4. Storage: Store the shirt in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging it for long periods as it may stretch the fabric.

5. Avoid: Do not bleach, dry clean, or use fabric softeners, as these can affect the shirt’s performance and elasticity.

-Oversized shirt (Washed Shirt)

1. Wash: Machine wash cold with like colors. Turn the shirt inside out to preserve the fabric and colors.

2. Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Avoid high heat to prevent shrinkage and damage.

3. Ironing: Iron on a medium setting while the shirt is still slightly damp for best results. Always iron the shirt inside out to protect the fabric.

4. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. For best results, hang the shirt on a hanger to maintain its shape.

5. Avoid: Do not bleach or dry clean. Avoid overexposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading.
